For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing the product details for any product-specific instructions regarding refunds or exchanges.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened condition (unless faulty or damaged).
  • Certain products, such as opened or used beauty kits, may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the return is initiated within 14 days of receipt. 
  • The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
