Delivery Information:
Delivery within the UK is expected to be no more than 48 hours after dispatch.
We do not dispatch orders on bank holidays or weekends.
Delivered Mon-Sat (ex Bank Hols).
Dispatch is usually within 1-3 working days but this may be longer during busy periods.
All orders are shipped out via a fully tracked service, you will receive a email/SMS. It is your responsibility to check your tracking status.
You are responsible for putting the correct delivery address on your order. Once your order has been placed we are unable to process cancellations, or make any amendments to your order. We will do our best to fulfil address changes - if we see your email before your shipping label has been processed.
Duties & Taxes
When ordering from our website you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. The charges are typically raised once the parcel has reached its destination country and it is the customers responsibility to pay them. These charges are not set by DIY Beauty Kits and we have no control over them. The charges must be paid in order to receive your goods. For further information on duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us. Additionally, the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Delayed Shipping
Whilst DIY Beauty Kits make every effort to adhere to the product delivery times outlined in our Shipping Policy, we have no control over any delays that may arise after your package is with the carrier. Although they are uncommon, delays can occasionally happen. This can be the result of bad weather, vehicle breakdown, or other uncontrollable circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with your package, hence we are unable to provide any reimbursements for incurred shipping charges.
